What is breast glue and do you need it?
Breast glue is a specialised adhesive designed to attach compatible silicone breast forms directly to the skin, no bra required. Unlike standard double-sided tape or general body adhesive, a dedicated breast form adhesive is formulated to hold the weight of silicone forms through movement, heat and extended wear, while remaining gentle enough to remove without irritating the skin.
For crossdressers and drag queens, this adhesive provides greater freedom when choosing outfits. Wear low-cut dresses, revealing tops or strapless clothing without visible straps.
Rigazo’s roll-on breast glue is hypoallergenic, water-soluble and suited for cup sizes A to C. Each 10ml bottle gives approximately 3 to 6 full applications depending on breast form size. For longer sessions or larger cup sizes, the 50ml bottle offers better value.

Why choose a dedicated breast form adhesive?
General-purpose body adhesives often contain solvents that can degrade silicone over time or irritate the skin after repeated use. A purpose-made breast form glue is tested for compatibility with silicone materials and skin alike; protecting both your forms and your skin in the long run.
For crossdressers, trans women and drag performers who wear silicone breast forms regularly, the right adhesive also reduces the risk of edge lifting or surface damage that occurs with unsuitable products.
Key benefits include:
- Better positioning: Bonds at the edges of the form so it moves naturally with the body, limiting unwanted movement.
- Invisible attachment: No visible straps, tape or bra.
- Greater styling freedom: Ideal for low-cut, strapless or open-back outfits.
- Easy application: Precise roll-on format, no mess.
- Clean removal: Washes off with water, no scrubbing needed.
Also consider adhesive breast forms, silicone prosthetics with integrated attachment pads, for a completely tape-free experience.
How to apply breast form glue, step by step
Correct application helps your breast forms stay positioned comfortably while protecting your skin.
1. Clean your skin.
For the best hold, shave the chest area if needed, then wash and dry thoroughly using 90° alcohol or an oil-free cleanser. Remove any lotion, oil or makeup, residue prevents the adhesive from bonding properly.
💡 Sensitive skin? Do a patch test on the inner arm 24 hours before first use. A small red patch that fades within a few hours is normal; persistent irritation means this formula isn’t right for your skin.
2. Apply the breast glue.
Roll a thin, even layer around the edge of the attachment surface, not the centre, using circular motions. Avoid the nipple area and irritated or broken skin. Allow 30–60 seconds for the glue to become slightly tacky.
3. Attach your breast forms.
Standing upright, place the lower edge of the form first, then press upward and outward to avoid air pockets. Hold firmly for approximately 5 minutes.
4. Check the positioning.
Make sure both forms appear symmetrical and feel comfortable before getting dressed. If the hold feels loose, apply a small additional layer before repositioning.
PRO TIP — Achieve a natural-looking cleavage
Choose breast forms proportional to your shoulders and chest width. Position them symmetrically for a balanced silhouette. For heavier prosthetics (D cup and above), consider additional bra support for long wear.
