Put one scoop of mixture in a bot. Add 45ml of drinking water (4 tablespoons) and mix vigorously 30 seconds until the texture is homogeneous. Apply the mask to the area to be treated (buttocks, thighs or even belly) avoiding the mucous membranes. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
