Cut a strip of plaster about twenty centimetres long, then bring the testicles up into the stomach and reverse the direction of your penis (downwards). Then apply the plaster high up and all over, from the pubis to the anus. Apply a second strip in the other direction to keep things in place. Finally, cut off the excess tape so that the glans can protrude. The tuck is now in place and can last as long as you like! The penis is held inverted and only the tip of the penis sticks out.
