Apply your Resistant eyeliner or pencil from the outside of the eye inwards. The closer the line is to the lashes, the more natural the result. Contrary to popular belief, it is not recommended to pull the eyelid to spread the product, as your line may be distorted. You should also avoid applying pencil inside the eye: your dark circles will appear and your eye will shrink... Be careful, waterproof makeup cannot be removed with a \"normal\" makeup remover but requires a greasy formula to remove all the very resistant components. We choose a biphasic make-up remover which contains a liquid part and an oily part (we do not forget to stir the flake before use) or an oil remover.
